What kind of service can I expect from PJCC

"You have our pledge to provide you with the best service in the industry.

We are in business to sell through the Internet, mail, phone orders, and at our retail store. We never close to run off to weekend shows or flea markets. We have a staff of 41 with 12 full-time salespeople, and we are open seven days a week.

Our business is fully computerized-from our 12,000 item inventory to our shipping manifests. We can call up your past orders, in case you have a question, and we can track your order around the globe."

 

To the right are just some of the services provided by Paul and Judy's Coins and Cards.

  • If any merchandise is not available we will hold the order until it is complete at your request. This does not apply to some merchandise including items that the price ends in $.97 and Pre-Sells. Presell items should be placed on a seperate order from non-presell items

  • If there is individual merchandise that must be back-ordered, we may choose to ship the rest of the order immediately and ship the back-ordered items at no additional shipping cost when they are available.

  • Back-ordered items are not charged to a customer's credit card until they have arrived and are ready to be shipped.

  • We offer a toll-free phone number (888) 550-7522 to all our U.S. customers.

  • In the event you. have a problem with an order, you can phone Judy at Ext. #223 or through e-mail at judy@pjcc.com. If you phone and she is not in, leave your name and phone/fax number or e-mail address with a sales associate, and Judy will contact you as soon as possible. You can also give information about your problem to a sales associate, who may be able to help you immediately.

  • If you need shipping information, your salesperson can help you over the phone, or you can request information by e-mail at sales@pjcc.com Once you receive a Tracking number, you can use one of the links below to find out exactly where your package is.

  • Seven (7) day return privilege. If you are not completely satisfied with your order from Paul & Judy's, contact us within seven days of receipt, however refunds and returns will not be processed on opened booster, starter boxes and packs of game cards, mage knight and trading cards. The original factory seals must be in place.

  • We offer Pre-Sell items. These are products that you can buy before we actually have them in stock. We will charge you for the product. We send the product to you after we receive it. The shipping date may change from time to time.
